September COmmittee meeting

MEETING NOTES:
Historic Designation Committee Meeting
Wednesday, September 27, 2023, 6:30pm

Emily Taff began the meeting via zoom.
10 committee members, Aaron Fortner and 2 guests were in attendance.

Committee thoroughly reviewed the presentation for the October 5 Community Meeting with Aaron Fortner. Discussed breakout room logistics for Zoom.

• the breakout session format of upcoming meetings will lend themselves to a Worksheet format for recording individuals “answers” and comments.

Also discussed issues with the Sept 7 Companion Survey and how to improve it. We want to keep it open and continue encouraging people to take it, whether they were at the Sept 7 meeting or not. Due to the confusion, it was recommended that if participants can revise their answers after submitting, we should allow that (this was done, participants can now edit their answers on the survey after submission).
