Checkin - publicity update
Community Meeting Planning with Aaron - 

• read through of revised presentation for the next day, Community Meeting #1
• Went over companion survey (which will be in print and online)
• reviewed plan for setup and operations

Big Survey idea - request by some neighbors - to get back to a basic survey similar analyzing residents concerns. This is similar to what was produced in spring 2022 (is the request) but is there a way the committee could also incorporate more specificity to get quantifiable answers particularly around potential regulations as well as the broaders "problems to solve"? Just want to get the committee thinking how and if we could approach a larger survey this fall in the midst or our meeting-focussed companion surveys.

Articles/Posts - What is it like to work in a Historic District? What does it mean for me? need articles for the Messenger and posts that address the detailed questions people have. Q&A style with residents of other districts, architects, and city staff for real life examples and explanations. These are questions we all want answers to.
